enechain Corp. (HQ: Shibuya Tokyo, CEO: Ryo Nozawa) raised capital by allocating new shares to several individual investors in an angel round of funding.
Based off of the capital raised on this round, enechain will further increase energy OTC (Over-the-counter) transactions* and build an energy trading platform with high liquidity to expand the Japanese energy market.
*OTC transaction means a trade done directly between two parties off exchange. It is contrasted with exchange trading, which occurs via exchanges.
