enechain Corporation and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as "enechain Group") have been notified by Studio Inc., the provider of the external web creation service "Studio" used to build our websites, that unauthorized access occurred within their system, and that information submitted via inquiry forms on some of our corporate websites and service introduction pages may have been leaked externally.

This incident is limited to information submitted through the aforementioned inquiry forms. Transaction information, registration data, and other information managed within our group's individual products and services are not affected.

Event Details

According to the announcement by Studio Inc., unauthorized access was confirmed between September 30, 2026, and October 1, 2026. Fixes for the vulnerability causing the incident were completed by October 14, 2026. At present, no actual acquisition of data by third parties has been confirmed, and Studio Inc. is currently investigating whether any secondary damage has occurred. Impact on Our Services

The products provided by enechain Group (including trading and settlement systems) do not utilize Studio; therefore, there is no impact on our services or products.

Our Response

Based on the information disclosed by Studio Inc., we have taken necessary measures, including conducting relevant investigations and switching our inquiry form service. We are currently proceeding with notifications to those affected. Furthermore, we will review our handling of personal information processed through external services to prevent recurrence.
