Tadayoshi Tarui is Executive Officer and General Manager of Sales Division at enechain. He joined enechain during its first year in January 2020 and served to build the company’s power brokerage business and decarbonization business, which resulted in him becoming Executive Officer. Before enechain, Tarui was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he served mainly for power companies, including M&A support, medium- and long-term power supply and demand forecasts, business and capital investment strategy development. Tarui started his career at JAPEX (Japan Petroleum Exploration and Production) as a reservoir engineer in charge of reserves evaluation and production management for oil and gas fields in Japan. Tarui holds a bachelor’s and master's degree in engineering from Kyoto University, Japan.
