Tomoya Arai

Tomoya Arai is Executive Officer and Representative Director of eXstend Corporation. He joined enechain in September 2022, becoming Representative Director of eXstend Corporation in November 2024, and was appointed as Executive Officer in February 2025. Prior to enechain, Arai was a Manager in the Energy Practice at A.T. Kearney, where he led numerous energy sector projects. During his tenure at A.T. Kearney from 2017 to 2022, he also completed an assignment in their Southeast Asia office and specialized in business strategy development, corporate transformation, and BDD initiatives across telecommunications, retail, and financial sectors. Before joining A.T. Kearney, he worked at a global consulting firm after beginning his career at JGC Corporation, where he was involved in petrochemical plant design and construction. Arai holds a Master's degree in Science and Technology from the Graduate School of Science and Technology at Keio University.
